50-60ml The Norfolk Gin
125ml Tonic Water
Blood Orange Wedge

Garnish

Plenty of ice,
Half Wheel of Blood Orange,
Dried Juniper Berries
Sprig of Rosemary

Method

Our Perfect serve recommendation is pretty simple… but effective. Pack a large stemless glass with lots of ice, add your half wheel of Blood Orange and a few dried Juniper Berries, then pour over 50-60ml of The Norfolk Gin. Fill the glass with 150ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and give it a quick stir and pop a sprig of Rosemary in. Yep, Pretty perfect isn’t it?
